Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pemaafan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada remaja korban bullying. Hipotesis dari penelitian yaitu ada peran pemaafan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada remaja korban bullying. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 240 orang remaja korban bullying. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua buah skala sebagai alat ukur, yakni skala kesejahteraan psikologis yang mengacu pada dimensi dari Ryff (1989) dan skala pemaafan yang mengacu pada dimensi dari Baumeister, Exline, dan Sommer (1998). Analisis data penelitian menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan nilai R square = 0,176, F = 50,062, dan P = 0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemaafan memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan diterima, dimana kontribusi pemaafan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis sebesar 17,6 %.
