Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Return On Assets (ROA) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kebijakan Dividen sebagai variabel intervening pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Sub-Sektor Batubara yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai pengaruh net profit margin (NPM) dan return on assets (ROA) terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening. Terdapat 14 perusahaan Sub-Sektor Batubara sebagai populasi dalam penelitian ini yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahan, Return On Assets dan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Net Profit Margin dan Return On Assets berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan Dividen yang diproksikan dengan Dividend Payout Ratio tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Net Profit Margin dan Return On Assets terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
