Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa usaha perikanan tangkap dengan alat tangkap bagan tancap di Perairan Pesisir Banyuasin, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan observasi langsung, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode pengambilan data responden menggunakan rumus nomogram Harry King. Metode analisis data yaitu aspek teknis, ekonomi dan finansial yang meliputi analisis usaha dan anlisis kelayakan usaha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bagan tancap dioperasikan oleh 2 sampai 3 orang nelayan. Tahapan persiapan dalam pengoperasian alat tangkap yaitu persiapan menuju tempat penangkapan, persiapan alat, perendaman jaring, pengangkatan jaring dan penyortiran ikan. Hasil tangkapan utama dari bagan tancap adalah ikan teri (Stolephorus sp.), tangkapan sampingan adalah Cumi-cumi (Loligo sp.), dan tangkapan dibuang ikan peperek (Leiognathus eqqulus.). Hasil dari analisis dibagi 2 yaitu analisis usaha meliputi pendapatan usaha adalah Rp. 96.379.204/tahun. R-C Ratio adalah 1.78. Payback Period adalah 2.23. Break Event Point adalah Rp. 6.634.147. ROI (Return of Investment Analysis) adalah 2,66. Sedangkan analisis kelayakan usaha meliputi NPV (Net Present Value) adalah Rp. 238.007.785 dengan tingkat keuntungan sebesar 2.46%/tahun. Net B/C (Net Benefit/Cost) adalah 1,09. IRR (Internal Rate Of Return) adalah 23%. Penyusutan sebesar Rp. 14.460.473/tahun. Maka, usaha perikanan bagan tancap dikatakan layak dan dapat dilanjutkan. The purpose of the research was to analyze the capture fisheries business using lift net fishing gear in Banyuasin coastal waters, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. The method used is descriptive quantitative method by direct observation, interviews and documentation. The method of collecting respondent data used the Harry King nomogram formula. Methods of data analysis are technical, economic and financial aspects which include business analysis and business feasibility analysis. Based on the research, Lift Nett operated by 2 to 3 fishermen. The stages of preparation in the operation of fishing gear are preparation to the fishing ground, setting, immersion of the net, hauling and sorting the fish. The main catch from theis anchovies (Stolephorus sp.), Bycatch is squid (Loligo sp.), And the catch is discarded by ponyfishes (Leiognathus eqqulus.). The results of the analysis are divided into 2, namely the business analysis including business income is Rp. 96.379.204/year. The RC Ratio is 1.78. Payback Period is 2,23. Break Event Point is Rp. 6.634.147. ROI (Return of Investment Analysis) is 2,66. While the business feasibility analysis includes NPV (Net Present Value) is Rp. 238.007.785 with a profit rate of 2.46%/year. Net B / C (Net Benefit / Cost) is 1,09. IRR (Internal Rate Of Return) is 23%. Depreciation is Rp. 14,460,473/year. The final result is, the both unit of fishing effort is feasible and can be resumed.
