Abstract

This study examines the embodiment of the principles of good governance in the management of village finances in Lahat district. Village financial management has three rules, implementation and accountability reporting. 1) What is the embodiment of the principles of good governance in the management of village finances in Lahat district in terms of agreement? 2) What is needed in village financial management? 3) What are the arrangements for the upcoming village financial management supervisor? These problems will be examined using empirical legal research methods which conduct research by interviewing relevant parties and supported by futuristic research as a future legal development effort. Research results obtained are: 1) Implementation approved by villages that have been approved by and those in villages that have not implemented 2) Constraints that occur in village financial management are low human resources village apparatus, do not have a special team in the secretariat to oversee Management village finance in addition to village financial reporting often there is a delay. There are no government regulations related to village financial management supervisors 3) Arrangements for the upcoming village financial management supervisors, the government should issue derivative regulations such as clearer and more focused government regulations related to village financial management supervisors.
