Abstract

PT Bumiwarna Agung Perkasa is a private company engaged in the mining of mineral granite, was founded on 17 January 2005 and started production in 2016. This company has a connection to a granite mining area located in Air village. mesu, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Archipelago Province. The mining method currently applied by PT Bumiwarna Agung Perkasa is the side hill type quarry method with a production target of 40,000 tons per month. The granite processing process uses a primary crusher as the first crusher with a work efficiency of 75.37%, thus obtaining a productivity of 47,639.2 tons / month. The next process uses a second crusher, namely a secondary crusher with a work efficiency of 65% so that you get a productivity of 39,696.94 tons / month. There are four productions of granite processing, namely stone ash, screening, stone 1/2 and 2/3, seen from the modulus of fineness by means of a sieve analysis test, rock ash with a fineness modulus of 2.45, stone 1/1 or screening has a modulus smoothness 6.32, stone 1/2 with modulus to smoothness 6.42 and stone 2/3 having a modulus of fineness 6.29. There are two types of costs incurred to produce these products, namely owning costs with a total cost of IDR 231,904,748 / month and an operating cost with a total cost of IDR 369,359,470.80 / month. From the above results, the total cost incurred by the processing unit is Rp. 369,359,470.80 / month and the productivity has met the desired target. From the products produced, namely coarse and fine aggregates have met the Indonesian National Standard, namely 6-7.10 and the Grain Modulus of Smoothness, namely with a modulus of fineness of 5.00-8.00.
