Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara seleksi dan kinerja karyawan di Grand Store Diamond PTC Mal. Dari hasil penelitian, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.000 yang berada dibawah 0.5 menunjukan adanya hubungan yang kuat atau erat antara seleksi dan kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil ini penulis mengharapkan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan lebih memperhatikan proses seleksi yang telah dilakukan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
