Abstract

Analisis fundamental merupakan analisis yang berhubungan dengan dengan faktor fundamental perusahaan yang ditunjukkan dengan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Atas dasar laporan keuangan ini para investor dapat melakukan penilaian kineija keuangan perusahaan terutama keputusan dalam melakukan investasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor fundamental yaitu Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan bidang properti dan bidang restoran, hotel, dan pariwisata periode 2003-2007 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 8 perusahaan bidang properti dan 8 perusahaan bidang restoran, hotel, dan pariwisata. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda (multiplier linier regression). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel independen (ROA, ROE, EPS dan PER) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham periode 2003-2007 baik untuk perusahaan bidang properti maupun bidang restoran, hotel, dan pariwisata. Secara parsial hanya faktor fundamental Return On Assets (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stock price (harga saham) pada perusahaan bidang properti sedangkan untuk bidang restoran, hotel, dan pariwisata hanya faktor fundamental Return On Assets (ROA) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) yang secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.
