Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur aktiva, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, price earning ratio (PER), dan insider ownership terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sub sektor telekomunikasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2006-2009. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2006-2009. Analisis dilakukan dengan model analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur aktiva, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan price earning ratio (PER) secara parsial signifikan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan insider ownership secara parsial tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Secara simultan struktur aktiva, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, price erning ratio (PER), dan insider ownership terbukti signifikan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Struktur aktiva berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, price earning ratio (PER), dan insider ownership berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sub sektor telekomunikasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2006-2009. Berdasarkan nilai beta dari standardized coejficients, pengaruh yang paling signifikan terhadap struktur modal diberikan oleh profitabilitas yaitu sebesar 0,435, kemudian diikuti price earning ratio (PER) sebesar 0,350, ukuran perusahaan sebesar 0,276, dan struktur aktiva sebesar 0,247. Sedangkan insider ownership tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap struktur modal dengan nilai beta dari standardized coefficients sebesar 0,032.
