Abstract

This study aims to see the organizational culture that is felt and felt and what is wanted in PT PUSRI. This research is important to do because so far there has been no research that measures and maps the Organizational Culture that exists in PT PUSRI. The subjects in this study may be 57 individuals consisting of 17 CSR divisions, 16 Training divisions, 24 Factory divisions. All research subjects were permanent employees at PT PUSRI and were selected using the cluster sampling method. The data tool is a scale of the Organizational Culture Assessment (OCAI) which has been adapted using the Back - translation method first. OCAI contains 4 dimensions of Organizational Culture, namely Clan, Adhocracy, Market, Hierarchy. The analytical method uses quantitative analysis with the help of the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). The results of the analysis show that the Organizational Culture that is currently ongoing and felt by all teaching staff and education personnel at PT PUSRI is the Clan Organizational Culture and the Hierarchy.
