Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kineija keuangan sebelum dan sesudah melakukan Right Issue. Kineija keuangan perusahaan di ukur dari 4 rasio, yaitu Current Ratio.Debt to Total Assets,Retum on Assets, dan Total Assets Tumover. Sampel penelitian adalah 50 perusahaan emiten yang terdaftar di BEI yang melakukan right issue selama tahun 2007-2008. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah Uji Beda Rata-rata (Paired Sample Ttest). Untuk mencapai tujuan yang dimaksud digunakan SPSS (Staticial Package for Social Science) 16 for Windows. Dari hasil analisis Paired Correlation menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah melakukan Right Issue
