Abstract

This study aims to 1). Analyze how much influence between of receivable turnover to net income in the sub sector tobacco industry and 2). Analyze how much influence between of average collection period to net income in the sub sector tobacco industry. The analysis technique that is used in these research are; the classic assumption test (Autocorrelation, Multicollinearity, dan Heteroscedastic), multiple linier regression ( F test and t test). These results indicate that changes in the receivable turnover and average collection period affect net income. It is caused by only just receivable turnover make positive impact while average collection period does not affect net income. The author suggest that the company should tightening credit and accounts receivable collection period for the company to maximize profit and increase sales.
