Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Eaming per share dan Debt to equity rasio terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan real estate yang ada di PT BEI. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 33 perusahaan. Metode sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan puposive sampling. Hasil yang didapat menunjukan bahwa eaming per share dam debt to equily rasio mempengaruhi secara positf terhadap harga saham perusahaan real estate secara simultan. Secara parsial hanya eamingpershare yang mempengaruhi harga saham Kata kunci: Eamingpershare, Debt to equity rasio, Harga Saham
