Abstract

Obligasi merupakan surat pengakuan utang, dimana utang ini akan dibayarkan pada masa yang ditentukan atas pinjaman tersebut ,investor diberi imbalan berupa yield (tingkat hasil) , perubahan yield obligasi yang diperoleh investor akan mengalami perubahan seiring berjalannya waktu sehingga perubahan yield tersebut dipengaruhi oleh banyak factor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Debt To Total Equity Ratio (DER), Retrun On Total Asset (ROA), Peringkat obligasi, dan Umur obligasi {maturity) terhadap yield obligasi pada perusahaan korporasi yang mengumumkan yield obligasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2009. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan motode penyempelan bersasaran (purposive sampling), pada penelitian ini digunakan uji statistik analisis regresi berganda dengan uji secara parsial (uji T) dan secara simultan (uji F).Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa dari uji parsial variabel ROA berpengaruh terhadap yield obligasi sedangkan DER, Peringkat obligasi, dan Umur obligasi (maturity) tidak berpengaruh terhadap yield obligasi . Uji simultan menghasilkan bahwa DER, ROA, Peringkat obligasi, dan Umur obligasi (maturity) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap yield obligasi .Dalam melakukan investasi, investor perlu mempertimbangkan factor-faktor ekonomi makro lain dalam melakukan investasi obligasi , serta bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat digunakan untuk memberikan acuan dan gambaran awal mengenai yield obligasi.
