Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Financial Leverage yang diwakili variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Debt to Total Asset (DTA) secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Retum On Asset (ROA) perusahaan sub-sektor pulp&Paper di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2005-2009. Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan sub-sektor pulp & paper yang listing di BEI secara terus menerus dari tahun 2005 sampai dengan tahun 2009. Pada penelitian ini digunakan Uji Deskriptif dan Uji Statistik. Uji statistik berupa Uji Normalitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Berganda, dan Uji Hipotesis yaitu secara parsial (Uji t) dan secara simultan (Uji F). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari Uji Parsial dan Uji Simultan variabel DER dan DTA tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ROA pada perusahaan sub-sektor pulp&paper.
