Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas (XI), Resiko (X2). Distribusi (X3), Produsen (X4), dan Posisi Produk (X5) terhadap keputusan menabung (Y) pada Bank Muamalat di Kota Palembang (Studi Kasus pada Nasabah Bank Muamalat Cabang Piaju). Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatifyang menggunakan alat pengujian signifikan simultan (Uji F), pengujian signifikan parsial (Uji t) dan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan analisis data sekunder yaitu penelitian arsip. Data diproses dengan menggunakan SPSS 11.5 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas, resiko, distribusi, produsen dan posisi produk secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah pada Bank Muamalat dimana faktor yang paling dominan adalah produsen dengan nilai koefisien terbesar yaitu 0,642 Kata kunci: Persepsi, Bank Muamalat, Kualitas, Resiko, Distribusi, Produsen, Posisi Product dan Keputusan menabung
