Abstract

Salah satu keputusan keuangan perusahaan adalah keputusan investasi proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat kelayakan investasi proyek PT Kencana Indah Palembang. Aspek-aspek yang dianalisis adalah aspek manajemen, aspek tekhnis, aspek pemasaran dan aspek keuangan. Analisis kelayakan investasi menggunakan Discount Cash Flow Analysis yaitu dengan criteria kelayakan investasi; NPV, B/C, IRR, PBP dan sensitivitas. Hasil analisis kelayakan investasi dengan menggunakan discount factor 10% adalah layak. Pada analisis sensitivitas, dengan asumsi terjadi penurunan NCF sebesar 15% maka proyek tersebut tidak layak.
