Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of commercial bank's credit interest rate on the commercial bank's credits for agriculture sector, mining sector, industry sector and trade sector. In this research we’ll find out about how much the influences of credit interest rate as independent variable to the credits for four economic sector as the dependent variable. To analyze, this research use the qualitative and quantitative technic analyze. The quantitative technic analyze using simple regression four sectoral credit. The result of the regression shows that the effect of credit interest rate is negative and significant toward the credit of agriculture, credit of mining sector, credit of industry, and credit of trade sector.
