Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan beberapa variabel yang mempengaruhi realisasi penerimaan retribusi pelayanan kesehatan di kota Palembang. Variabel yang mempengaruhinya antara lain pendapatan perkapita, jumlah kunjungan pasien dan tariff pemungutan retribusi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berbentuk data kurun waktu, yaitu data sekunder yang berasal dari berbagai macam sumber. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis kuantitatif kemudian diformulasikan dalam suatu model persamaan regresi berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan perkapita, jumlah kunjungan pasien dan tariff pemungutan retribusi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan retribusi pelayanan kesehatan di kota Palembang secara signifikan denga R2 = 0,699. Berdasarkan besaran elastisitasnya variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik yaitu variabel tariff pemungutan retribusi, sedangkan pendapatan perkapita dan jumlah kunjungan pasien berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan secara statistik.
