Abstract

Construction projects are complex activities so there is a discrepancy between planning and realization in the field often occurs. Project planning and control is urgently needed in order for the project to be completed according to the plan. The purpose of this analysis is to find out if the implementation is in accordance with the plan and how much time is left to complete the Mapolda Building Construction Project in South Sumatra. The scope of project control analysis is carried out on the Mapolda Building Construction Project of South Sumatra which is reviewed in week 1 to week 12, with earned value analysis method, with analysis of cost value calculation and project budget, variance parameters, performance parameters and estimated cost and project completion time. The results of the analysis showed the project experienced an increase of 15.8% from the cost of the plan and an increase of 8.67% from the project plan schedule with the calculation of estimated completion costs of Rp. 71,765,687,190 and the estimated completion time of the project for 163 weeks.
