Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan-perusahaan publik yang termasuk dalam Indeks LQ45. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan publik yang termasuk dalam Indeks LQ45 yang berjumlah 45 perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 14 perusahaan publik pada LQ45 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kebijakan dividen yang diproksikan dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Price to Book Value (PBV), sedangkan variabel keputusan investasi yang diproksikan dengan Total Assets Growth (TAG) dan keputusan pendanaan yang diproksikan dengan - Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh .signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Price to Book Value (PBV). Kata Kunci: Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Nilai Perusahaan
