Abstract

Toll roads are public roads that are part of the road network system and as national roads where users are required to pay tolls and have a very significant role in the development of a region. Fulfillment of implementation standards that meet the Minimum Service Standards (SPM). One of the toll road service targets for service users is smoothness, safety and comfort. To be able to achieve these targets, one of which is set as a benchmark, namely service at toll gates. With the growth of toll road users every year, especially on the Palindra toll road, an analysis is carried out to determine the distribution of vehicle arrivals and the capacity that can be accommodated by the toll gate using the FIFO queuing method. From the results of the analysis obtained, the Palembang toll gate from 2021 to 2027 as well as the Indralaya toll gate from 2021 to 2028 does not require the addition of a new gate because the comparison of the arrival rate and the gate service rate does not exceed one, but in the following year an additional gate is required. From the whole analysis of the facility, it is necessary to ensure the comfort and safety of users in accordance with existing standards.
