Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of learning package C in PKBM Sumber Jaya which includes the process of implementation of learning and inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Respondents numbered 10 students, 2 tutors and 1 manager. The method of data collection used in this study is the method of interviewing, observation and documentation. Based on the findings of research implementation of learning seen from the aspect of the introduction or pre-instructional tutors do the opening of the class by saying greetings and absent the presence of learners. At the core or intruksional stage of the implementation of the provision of materials, the methods used more lectures and media used does not exist. At the evaluation stage and follow-up tutors provide training and questions to learners without following up and evaluating the tutor does not cover cognitive, affective, or psychomotor aspects. While the inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning include learning facilities are still limited, the frequency of learning is still very less only done twice a month, tutors do not have a subject schedule, and attendance levels of students is still very low. The suggestions that can be given to PKBM Sumber Jaya is to improve the process of learning implementation, improve management system and organization.
