Abstract

This study is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to describe the benefits of skill training outcomes in out of school children at indralaya youth sosial institution. Subjects in this study are gardutes of indralaya youth social institution of 2016 class II. Methods of data collection in this study using intervews and dokumentation. Tecnique of data analysis of research is to descibe result of research as it is by describing it explain in the form of distribusi analysis. The data used in this study is the benefits of skills training such as sewing, beauty salon tatarias, auto mechanic, motorcycle mechanic and electric welding / carbide. The results of this study shows graduates are able to have a job. Skills that are in high demand are sewing skills and skills that are able to create their own jobs is sewing skills. It can be advised that the adolescent Social Institution can provide skills training appropriate to the needs of the surrounding community and bring in appropriate tutors with skill graduates as well as coplement the supporting facilities and insfratructure for praktik so that the traines are satisfied with the training provided.
