Abstract

This study aims to see the development of financing to UMKM customers (for BPRS al-Falah customers). The data used are primary data from 78 selected samples. Based on the results of the analysis, the variables have a positive and significant effect on the labor productivity and capital productivity variables. However, the financing variable has an elastic relationship to labor productivity and capital productivity with a coefficient of 0.57 and 0.43, respectively. This shows that the large additional financing by BPRS Al-Falah cannot provide a much greater addition to capital productivity and labor productivity, where when there is an increase of 1 percent in financing it will only increase capital productivity by 0.57 percent. and so is work with labor productivity. Where when there is an increase of 1 percent, it will only increase labor productivity by 0.43.
