Abstract
This research attemps to analyze the optimal model of internet pricing scheme by using Improved Reverse Charging Model. Reverse Charging is a stored network capability replacing the network used when the network is suddenly off. This research is doing charging back on 3G and 4G network that is automated platform of user will change access 4G to 3G and on the contrary when platform do hosting. This research was solved as as a problem Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP). An optimal pricing scheme is applied to a local data server, including digilib traffic and mail traffic. Reverse Charging is modified into 4 cases to gain maximum solution according to Internet Service Provider (ISP) needs. This model is formed by setting the starting price (α) and service level (β). Improved reverse charging model is solved by using software LINGO. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results of this study indicate that the Reverse Charging model can be utilized ISP to maximize profits and provide quality services for the user.
