Abstract

This research examines the effect of income percapita, population and land issuance certificates on Land and Building Acquisition(BPHTB) in Palembang City during the period in which the observed time period is 2003-2018. The analysis technique in this research is quantitative with multiple regression analysis tools. The results showed that it shows that the population is the most dominant factor in determining the Acquisition Fee for Land and Building Rights. Meanwhile, the effect of per capita income and population has a positive and significant effect on the Fees for Acquiring Rights on Land and Buildings. Meanwhile, the Number of Land Certificate Issuance has a negative and insignificant effect on the Acquisition Fee for Land and Building Rights. Overall, all variables have an effect of 90.19% on the Acquisition Fee for Land and Building Rights.
