Abstract

This title of the research is “The Analysis of Budget Performance on Official Work Travel in Employment Agency of Palembang City in 2017-2019”. This research aims to determine the result from the analysis of budget performance on official work travel in employment agency of Palembang city in 2017-2019. The background thing on this research is how budget performance on official work travel in employment agency of Palembang city in 2017-2019, is that good enough or not that budget that used withing Mardiasmo Value For Money theory. In that theory explained how to manage organization especially on budgeting based on three elements, there are economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. The method that used through descriptive qualitative approach. Based on the result which is conducted on this research, budget performance on official work travel in employment agency of Palembang city is not good enough. From three element, first economy on official work travel is not good enough. Second, dimension of effeciency on official work travel also not good enough and the last dimension of effectiveness is not good, but in 2019 effectiveness on official work travel can be said as good as the result. The results of this research recommended employment agency of Palembang city when do official work travel, all the activities that will be held should do saving budget and expected to produce maximum of output and input for the sake of producing more and good outcome later.
