Abstract

The main objective of ths research is to analyze whether external and internal factor could affect customers decision in choosing syariah mudharabah financing. The technique used in this research is quantitative and qualitative. Qualitative analysis carried out by using questionnaire distributed randomly to the bank customers as the respondents where quantitative analysis used SPSS vvith multiple linear regression analysis model in ordinary least square. Based on the result of the analysis, external and internal variable could explain financing variable as 17,26%. The rest 92,34% explained in other factor outside model. Then, this R2 coefficient shows that external and internal variable could explain mudharabah financing variable as 98,2%, the rest 1,8% explained in other factor outside model. Then, correlation coefficient (R) as 0.964, shows great affect of independant variable towards dependant variable. So, the effect of external and internal factor (towards mudharabah financing as 96,4%, the rest 3.6% affected by other factor outside model which considered constant (cateris paribus).
