Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan nilai tambah, produktivitas tenaga kerja, dan efisiensi pada industri pulp Indonesia, (2) mengetahui bagaimana hubungan nilai tambah dan produktivitas tenaga keija dengan efisiensi pada industri pulp Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti Badan Pusat Statistik, dengan menggunakan data periode tahun 1996-2005. Kineija nilai tambah, produktivitas tenaga keija, dan efisiensi diukur dengan melihat biaya madya, nilai output, jumlah tenaga keija, serta hubungan antara nilai tambah, produktivitas tenaga keija, dan efisiensi. Berdasarkan analisis penelitian, perkembangan nilai tambah, produktivitas tenaga keija, dan efisiensi mengalami fluktuasi. Kata Kunci: Nilai tambah, Produktivitas Tenaga Keija, dan Efisiensi.
