Abstract

This study aims at determining the feasibility of business units of three village-owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in sembawa District, Banyuasin The primary and secondary data fromm the village Governing Community emporwerment agency (BPMPD), and BUMDES of rejodadi, mainan and lalang sembawa were analyzed using business feasibility analysis consisting of Gross BC, Net B/C and NPV The results Showed that all businesses in three BUMDES, toy making at mainan tent and chair rental at rejodadi, and oil palm nursery at lalang sembawa, were all feasible to run.
