Abstract
This research purpose to determine the effectiveness of the programs and activities carried out by PT. PaciflC Prestress Indonesia in managing human resource functions. The data source used in this writing is primary data which obtained through interviews and secondary data obtained from the literature. The analysis technique used in this research is technical analysis of qualitative descriptive. The results of the research indicate that in the performance evaluation function it had been carried out quite well except that there was no section specifically to oversee matters related to human resources. But the job satisfaction function has not been carried out properly, because there is no function of job satisfaction within the company. Therefore, author recommend that PT. Pacific Prestress Indonesia can hold employee satisfaction assessments so there are no problems related to employee satisfaction which can result in a decrease in employee motivation and work performance.
