Abstract

This study aimed to dettermine how dynamic working capital effect profitability of the manufaturing sector companies at the Indonesia Stock Exchage period 2011-2015.The Population of this research are 143 companies and the sample of this resaerch are 31 companies for five years with the 139 treated data. The working capital variabel proxy by Financial Flow Cycle, Cash Conversion Cycle, Fixed Asset, Other Current Asset, Other Current Liabilities, Current Asset and Current Liabilities. While Earning Before interest and Tax as the proxy of profitablity variable. Analysis of data used multiple regression and classic assumption test. The result of this study showed that there was an effect of FFC, CCC, OCA, OCL, and CA to EBIT whereas Fixed Asset and CL did not have an effect.
