Abstract

Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh agen infeksius Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang sebagian besar menyerang organ paru manusia. Infeksi tuberkulosis pada organ paru manusia disebut dengan tuberkulosis paru dan menggunakan obat Antituberkulosis (OAT) RHZES sebagai terapi pengobatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji bagaimana tingkat rasionalitas penggunaan obat Antituberkulosis (OAT) pada penderita Tuberkulosis Paru yang menjalani perawatan inap di RS Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang pada Periode April 2018 sampai Maret 2019 dengan parameter 6T + 1W. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Sampel yang diambil merupakan data sekunder yaitu berupa rekam medik kesehatan (RMK) pasien. Sampel yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini sebesar 57 data RMK pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti dengan hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat 51 pasien (89%) yang merupakan pasien TB Paru kategori I dan 6 pasien (11%) yang merupakan pasien TB Paru kategori II dengan prevalensi jenis kelamin pasien sebanyak 37 pasien laki-laki (64%) dan 20 pasien perempuan (35%) dan setelah dilakukan evaluasi dari penggunaan obat Antituberkulosis di dapatkan hasil sebesar 100% tepat diagnosis, 100% tepat indikasi, 100% tepat obat, 93% tepat dosis, 100% tepat pasien, 100% tepat cara atau rute pemberian dan 100% waspada efek samping.
