Abstract

Robust Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (RVRPTW) merupakan masalah rute kendaraan dengan time windows dan waktu perjalanan bersifat tidak pasti. Model RVRPTW dapat diimplementasikan pada masalah rute dan ketidakpastian waktu perjalanan kendaraan pengangkutan sampah. Pada penelitian ini, model RVRPTW diimplementasikan pada permasalahan pengangkutan sampah di Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Palembang. Model RVRPTW bertujuan untuk pengoptimalan rute kendaraan pengangkutan sampah sehingga waktu perjalanan dari kendaraan pengangkut sampah minimum. Kendaraan pengangkut sampah melayani 9 wilayah kerja di Kecamatan Ilir Barat I. Untuk mendapatkan hasil optimal tersebut model RVRPTW diselesaikan dengan bantuan software LINGO 13.0. Hasil dari penyelesaian model RVRPTW pada Wilayah Kerja 1, Wilayah Kerja 2, Wilayah Kerja 3, hingga Wilayah Kerja 9 berturut-turut menghasilkan waktu tempuh sebesar 0,24 Jam, 0,66 Jam dan 0,74 Jam, 0,64 Jam, 0,62 Jam dan 0,66 Jam, 0,71 Jam dan 0,56 Jam, 0,86 Jam, 0,66 Jam dan 0,52 Jam, 0,83 Jam, 0,82 Jam dan 0,67 Jam.
