Abstract

National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Prabumulih City in terms of writing archiving letters is still not effective and efficient because the data processing is still recorded by writing the data into a letter archiving book so that it takes a long time to process the data. This application can be made with a Waterfall system development method consisting of engineering and system modeling, software requirements analysis, design, coding, recitation and maintenance. The data that is processed is the incoming mail data, the mail data out of the incoming letter gallery file and the outgoing mail.
