Abstract

Kualitas citra tidak selalu baik dikarenakan oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah kabut. Hal ini menyebabkan berkurangnya informasi yang terdapat pada citra. Kabut dapat dikurangi menggunakan Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE). Metode penilaian Mean Opinion Score (MOS) digunakan untuk menentukan hasil peningkatan kualitas citra berkabut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas citra berkabut telah berhasil dilakukan dan berdasarkan penilaian MOS hasil citra dengan format BMP lebih tinggi dibandingkan citra dengan format JPG dengan masing-masing rerata nilai MOS 4.44 dan 4.33.
