Abstract
RINGKASAN PRA RENCANA PABRIK PEMBUATAN ASAM SULFAMAT KAPASITAS 30.000 TON/TAHUN Karya tulis ilmiah berupa Skripsi, Juni 2021 Cynthia Savrinda dan Indry Permata Hani; Dibimbing oleh Prof. Tuty Emilia Agustina, S.T., M.T., Ph.D. Jurusan Teknik Kimia, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Sriwijaya xxvi + 662 halaman, 15 tabel, 23 gambar, 4 lampiran RINGKASAN Pra Rencana Pabrik Pembuatan Asam Sulfamat Kapasitas 30.000 Ton/Tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2026 di Kabupaten Gresik, Provinsi Jawa Timur yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 5,5 Ha. Bahan baku dari pembuatan asam sulfamat ini adalah urea dan oleum. Proses pembuatan asam sulfamat ini mengacu pada AU Patent No. 2018102002 A4 dengan proses reaksi urea dan oleum membentuk asam sulfamat, proses kristalisasi asam sulfamat, dan proses rekristalisasi asam sulfamat. Reaktor yang digunakan berjenis continuous stirred tank reactor yang beroperasi pada temperatur 80oC dan tekanan 1 atm. Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan pada pabrik ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line dan Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 147 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik asam sulfamat ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US $18.761.051,74 • Total Penjualan = US$49.500.000,00 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $35.164.444,37 • Annual Cash Flow = US $10.700.478,67 • Pay Out Time = 1,588 Tahun • Rate of Return on Investment (ROR) = 53,49% • Break Even Point (BEP) = 30,07% • Service Life = 11 Tahun Kata Kunci: Asam Sulfamat, Kristalisasi, Continous Stirred Tank Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
