Abstract

One of the many human rights that every human individual has is that everyone has the right to live with a sense of security. The high rate of crime and theft that is quite frequent in the current era, makes a security framework an absolute necessity to run, for that we need a security framework. The development of facial recognition methods is very complicated because human faces are very unpredictable, multidimensional, and often change according to changing climates and circumstances. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a security system in the room based on Face Recognition and to make an electronic security system in the room using ESP32-CAM as a microcontroller as well as a camera, Relay, Solenoid Door Lock, Buzzer and MP1584/LM2595 regulator as a voltage reducer adapter. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it is known that this tool can work well for facial recognition and opening the door for faces that have been stored on the room owner's list in a state of sufficient light and facing the camera.
