Abstract

CV. Adi Putra Utama is one of the businesses engaged in printing and stationery. This company is located on Jl. Srijaya Negara No.212, RT.32/RW.10, Bukit Lama, Kec. Ilir Barat I, Palembang City, South Sumatra. Payroll is to provide compensation for employees in the form of salary as a reward/wages to employees for having contributed to the organization/agencies. The function of the payroll system is to process employee salary payment data for the work they have done. This payroll system must be designed as well as possible in order to facilitate the service and provide accurate information for the company. This study aims to build an Employee Payroll Application on CV. Adi Putra Utama. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. This system is a website that uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This payroll application can help ease the work and simplify the calculation of employee salaries and tax calculations so as to reduce the risk of errors in the employee salary process.
