Abstract
In the time of pandemic covid that we know and experience now, it is necessary for humans to maintain health, one of which are washing hands and maintaining physical distance from each other. Therefore, the author has designed an automatic hand washing machine system based on the Arduino Nano Microcontroller using the Ultrasonic HC-SR04 sensor. The hand washing machine system works when hands are detected by the Ultrasonic HCSR04 sensor. The hand washing machine system only consists of one automatic part, namely the water faucet. This hand washing tool has the advantage of being able to know the volume of water in the tank using the Blynk application which is one of the IoT based Application. The LED indicator will turn on to know how much water is left in the tank. The success rate of the hand washing system is 100% and the accuracy rate of the water level monitoring system is 87.5%
