Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance, Balanced Scorecard on financial performance. Good corporate governance variables used are independent commissioners, board of directors, audit committee, institutional ownership, managerial ownership. balanced scorecard uses return on assets, return on equity, and net profit margin, while Financial Performance uses price earning ratio. The data in this study used quantitative methods. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 26.0 application. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership, the board of directors, the board of commissioners and the audit committee have a significant influence on financial performance.
