Abstract

This research aims to analyze community satisfaction at the one roof service administration system (SAMSAT) Corner Palembang Sqare Mall. Especially in the quality of annual tax payment services. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires to 24 respondents visitors use the R2/R4 vehicle annual tax payment service using the sampling method in this study is Nonprobability Sampling with Incidental Sampling technique from the one roof service administration system (SAMSAT) Corner Palembang Square Mall. The dimensions used are Tangibles with a value of -0.94, reliability dimension -0.97, Responsiveness dimension -0.83, Assurance -0.70 Empathy -0.85. It was concluded from these five parameters that the results of the analysis of community satisfaction at the One Roof Service Administration System (SAMSAT) Corner Palembang Sqare Mall got a score of -0.87 still showing a negative score or not satisfactory.
