Abstract

Shopee is one of the Customer-To Customer (C2C) e-commerce e-commerce models using applications as a place to do business. Shopee provides several customer access options, including through the website and mobile platform for the convenience of shopping online. To find information about opportunities that can be improved from existing services, Shopee can take advantage of customer reviews to find out problems that occur in the services provided to customers. The review of application-based e-commerce customers can be a solution that explains what customers like and don't like so that it can be used as a tool to assess problematic aspects of e-commerce services. To seek information about opportunities that can be improved on e-commerce services from customer complaints or complaints. done by classifying into several aspects by using Text Classification to classify aspects. From these results, we can summarize the problems based on aspects that can be improved by e-commerce parties to continue to improve services.
