Abstract

Aplikasi android yang dapat diunduh pada google play store dibuat dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya menggunakan framework flutter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi android menggunakan framework flutter sebagai pemantau data curah hujan. Proses pembuatan aplikasi android dimulai dengan menentukan fungsional dari aplikasi yang akan dibuat. Data curah hujan yang tersimpan dalam database sebuah website, akan diubah menjadi bentuk JSON sebelum ditampilkan oleh aplikasi android. Perubahan data kedalam bentuk JSON menyebabkan adanya selisih waktu penampilan yang dilakukan antara website dan aplikasi android yakni 1,2 detik. Ketika fungsionalitas dari aplikasi android terjalankan, maka aplikasi akan dipublikasi ke google play store agar dapat digunakan secara umum.
