Abstract

Secara umum narkoba merupakan singkatan dari Narkotika dan obat atau bahan berbahaya (yang dikenal dengan istilah psikotropika), hal ini, merumuskan pengertian narkoba merupakan istilah yang digunakan oleh masyarakat dan aparat penegak hukum, untuk bahan atau obat yang dikategorikan sebagai benda yang berbahaya untuk digunakan, diproduksi, dipasok, diperjualbelikan, diedarkan dan sebagainya di luar ketentuan, Pelaku Tindak Pidana Narkotika merupakan subyek hukum yang memperjualbelikan obat-obat terlarang tersebut untuk kepentingan diri sendiri, dalam kasus ini yang berada diwilayah Kota Palembang pelaku Tindak Pidana Narkotika pada Tahun 2019 Bulan Januari sampai Bulan September mencapai 1013 pelaku pengedar Narkoba diwilayah hukum Narkotika, dan hanya 2 (dua) orang yang menjadi Justice Collaborator. maka dari itu penulis tertarik untuk membahas perlindungan hukum mengenai Justice Collaborator dan bagaiamana pengaturan mengenai pelaku yang ingin menjadi Justice Collaborator. Kata Kunci: Narkotika, Justice Collaborator, Perlindungan Hukum
