Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfication at R6 Barbershop Palembang. The population in this research is all Customer of R6 Barbershop amounting to 100 people and sampling method using Non-Probability Sampling and Purposive sampling technique. The data retrieval method used in this research is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The analytical techniques used are simple linear regression analyses. The results showed the coefisien correlation of X1 0.264 and X2 0,435, this suggests that service quality and price has a strong relationship with customer satisfication at R6 Barbershop Palembang. In a known hypothesis that the service quality and price is positive and significant to the customer satisfication at R6 Brbershop Palembang.
