This study aims to understand thecompetence of the supervisor of nonformal education inperforming their duties. This study uses quantitative percentage approach. Data collection usingquestionnaire technique, and sampling technique is total sampling to the 30supervisors inPalembang. Supervisor Competencies ofnonformal education includes: Preparing work plan,Assessment, Guidance in order to improve the quality of the NFE, and Prepare report on theassessment. Theresult of the research is obtained that the wholesupervisors are still in the categoryunder standard inperforming duty as professional supervisor. Thesupervisor has not run well theircompetencies. It isrecommended that supervisor be given counseling andguidance on how toperform professional duties assupervisor.
