Abstract

Certainty Standard of living and welfare of workers will influence positively on the increased productivity and quality of work in a corporate environment, the arrival of old age insurance can cause a breakdown of wages due to constrained physical factors. Wage outage can cause arvciety for workers and would affect their performance while still actively working, especially for those on low incomes. Therefore to guarantee the continuity of income after retirement age workers, as well as to accommodate and provide protection during the coming retirement of workers, employers must include workers in the old age Security program. The government held a pension program that the management carried out by the organizer who was appointed by an insurance mechanism. The program is designed to provide certainty of revenue receipts to be paid at once and / or periodically during labor reaches the age of 55 or permanent disability after its adoption by physicians. See there are some companies that have a policy to hire labor and / or active labor who choose to work at age matured pension payments, then basically the pension payment mechanisms that do business is as a form of responsibility for protection against power work.
