Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, all learning activities are carried out from home, this caused many students to find it difficult to understand the material and technology made the students not maximal in completing their school assignments so that lead to anxiety and eventually become stressed. This research aimed to knowing the efforts of students at SHS Negeri 11 Ogan Komering Ulu in Overcoming Stress Impact of Learning from Home. This research used quantitative descriptive method which had the population of 145 student with sampling using the "Random Sampling" technique with 107 students. The subjects involved in the research are Students of SHS Negeri 11 Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Collection instrument data used a questionnaire on students' efforts in dealing with stress the impact of learning from house using a likert measurement scale distributed through google forms. Data analysis used formula percentage. The results of the study showed that there was a percentage of effort students in dealing with the stress of learning from home in the Sience and Social class, which were in the high category 10 students (9.3%), the medium category 85 students (79.4%), low category 10 students (9.3%), very low category 2 students (2%). The conclusion of this study was the efforts of students at SHS Negeri 11 Ogan Komering Ulu in dealing with the stress impact of studying from home is on medium category.
