Abstract

Currently, the use of energy is very important and cannot be avoided in human life. Especially in office buildings that use approximately 40% of energy in the world. Meanwhile, energy use in Indonesia only depends on PLN, so it is necessary to prevent the energy crisis that occurs by implementing energy efficiency and conservation, especially in BUMN office buildings because it has been discussed since Presidential Instruction No. 9 of 1982. In this study, energy efficiency and conservation will be carried out in buildings. BNI KAWIL Palembang based on GREENSHIP and GREEN MARK standards. From thestandard, GREENSHIP the BNI KANWIL Palembang building only meets the criteria for optimized efficiency building energy performance, system energy performance, and energy monitoring and control with a gain of 52.27%. For thestandard, it GREEN MARK only meets the criteria for ventilation in car parks, ventilation in common areas, and energy efficiency practices and features with a score of 12.5%. Based on the results of research on thestandards, Green building the BNI KANWIL Palembang building does not meet the criteria for energy efficiency and conservation, so efforts are needed to save energy according tostandards Green building.
